This site uses PDF files to display detailed maps of the Citizen's Proposal.
The proposal is contantly under construction new information is always being posted, so come back often to see if new sections have been added or numbers have been updated.
Accessing the PDF maps
Windows and Apple OS 9
- PDF files can be opened, navigated and printed on all workstations using the freely-available Acrobat Reader from Adobe Systems, Inc.
- You can scroll up, down, left and right to view the maps; zoom in or out using the magnifying glass feature; and adjust the map to fit in its window.
- Clicking on the PDF map's region names will take you to a more detailed map of that region and provide relevant numbers, history and links.
Apple OS X
- With the release of OS X, browsers on the Mac platform no longer natively support viewing of and interaction with PDF documents. A partial fix for this problem is addressed by a product called PDF Browser Plugin, which will allow you to view PDFs but not to interact with them.
Map download times
The Proposal maps are large files, and will take a few minutes to download longer if you are using a dial-up connection.
